The staff were super nice and friendly, and very helpful. I was only here a few hours and only used the room to sleep, so I can’t comment on anything other than the room and the staff. My room was not smelly or moldy, as others stated. It was fresh and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a place to stay.
Rooms were decent but had a slight odor inside. Showers were nice and the AC worked great. When I got there, all of the front desk workers were outside and I walked right past them with my bags. Sat at the desk for a short while and then 1 of them finally came in.
Rooms are a little smaller than we're used to but very clean. Some minor details may show need for attention here n there but overall well kept, and decent pool /hot tub area.
5 starts for the sweet receptionist working at the desk early this morning who was SO helpful in booking me a last minute vacancy!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Other than the good customer service provided by 2 different receptionist I've had at different hours of the Day... The rooms are just okay. Not the cleanest but I suppose not the dirtiest either. Watch out for stains on your bedding, etc.
Not bad but rooms are kinda smelly, musty. Pool and hot tub sufficient. Breakfast bar average.
The rooms could do with an extra bit of cleaning and maybe should swap out stained bed covers. But I’ll tell you what will get me back here was the amazing staff member who helped check me in. I won’t go into too much detail because it’s probably a case by case scenario but after some issues with my check in the clerk went above and beyond to get me checked in for the weekend and that service alone was excellent. If your having issues, be nice to these people, they will help you. There is plenty of truck parking on the street, close to a lot of food and shopping spots within walking distance.
Good affordable place to stay!! 1 block to taco bell, dominoes etc. Even a gas station within walking distance, and if you feel upto it, even a coffee shop!! Room was clean and comfortable and the shower was good. Smallish parking lot so if you drive a cmv, go past hotel flip around in cul desac and park in front right on the road. (Just don't block fire hydrant). Very polite staff, and breakfast is available.
